MK Homes stands behind each home we build. Upon closing, we provide a one year warranty, incorporating the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines developed by the National Association of Homebuilders. Contact us by filling out the simple form to bring our attention to any warranty issues during your first year of home ownership. MK Homes 1 year warranty does not cover maintenance items such as ; Caulking, Painting or Landscaping.
