MK Homes stands behind every home we build, providing a one-year warranty beginning at closing in accordance with the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines established by the National Association of Home Builders. During your first year of homeownership, you can submit any warrantable concerns by completing the request form so our team can review and address them in a timely manner. Please note that standard homeowner maintenance items, including caulking, painting, and landscaping, are not covered under this warranty. Before submitting a request, we ask that you carefully review your warranty information packet to ensure the item falls within coverage guidelines and to help streamline the process for faster service.
